How do you feel about hotel rooms? Love them or hate them, you are bound to sleep in them at a point in time of your life.

What are the initial things you do when you enter a hotel room? Do you have any cleaning rules of thumb? Do you check whether everything works, such as the television, fridge and air-conditioner? Do you also check whether the doors and windows close properly, for safety? People have had harrowing experiences of break-ins in the night when they were sleeping.

Do you have any preferences, such as being on the ground floor, the first/second/third floor etc.?

Are you able to sleep well on the very first night of your stay in a hotel room? How long does it take before you are able to sleep well? Are there any factors which account for this? For instance, do you prefer the mattress and pillows to be as soft as feathers or as hard as granite?

A person may check into a hotel room for business or for leisure. Regarding business, it could be for private work, conferences or group meetings.

Regarding leisure, it could be for a short stay to relax and escape from the mundane, routine life of work and home. It could also be for a sightseeing tour, a vacation with family, a honeymoon, a tryst or even an illicit affair. Thus, hotel rooms hold many sizzling secrets.
